Registration Procedures

The Registration Form
A Registration Form is required for attendance at our public seminars. Click Registration Form.

Fees and discounts
A person who attends more than one seminar, in one sequence of seminar dates, can receive fee discounts. Check our Fee Schedule.

Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of seminar registration always is provided in writing. Your registration is not complete until you receive our written confirmation for your desired session(s). The confirmation will include the location of the seminars, details on how to make hotel room reservations and other pre-seminar instructions. 

Cancellation or registration substitution 
Cancellation of a confirmed seminar registration is achieved when Gavin-Hodges Associates receives a registrant's written notification of cancellation at least 30 calendar days before the confirmed
seminar(s) takes place. A registrant, who can not attend a confirmed seminar(s), may send a single substitute. 

Fee refunds
A refund will be issued when Gavin-Hodges Associates receives a registrant's written notification of cancellation at least 30 calendar days before the registrant's confirmed seminar takes place. For cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the confirmed seminar(s), the registrant is credited with payment that may be applied to a future seminar(s) within 12 months of the confirmed seminar(s). The seminar registration cancellation fee is US$100 for each confirmed seminar. Gavin-Hodges Associates will provide written confirmation of seminar cancellation within seven days of notification. Fee refunds are processed within 60 days of confirmation of cancellation.
